Since Eastern Sierra Land Trust was founded in 2001, we’ve helped landowners and our community conserve over 23,000 acres of critical wildlife habitat, historic agricultural resources, and scenic vistas, located on 26 unique properties right here in the Eastern Sierra. That’s a success story in itself!

But what makes each of these properties special, and how are they conserved for the future? Here, you can read about each of our land conservation successes, and how protecting them will benefit wildlife and our community for generations to come.
