2022 marks the 21st Anniversary of Eastern Sierra Land Trust, and you’re invited to help us celebrate the permanent protection of over 21,000 acres of natural and working lands with us!

Please join us online with Auctioneer Jeremy Goico at our energizing Paddle Raise at 6 pm on August 25th. All dollars raised protect the natural and working lands of the Eastern Sierra, as well as provide a home for the wildlife that call this magical region home. Pour your favorite celebratory beverage and join us for the best Zoom meeting of the year!

We are excited to announce that Matt Lee-Ashley, Chief of Staff for the White House Council on Environmental Quality, will speak at our Paddle Raise. Matt has an extensive, multi-agency background in environmental protection, and will discuss the role of land trusts in our collective effort to combat climate change and meet California’s 30×30 goals. Matt’s role and voice are all the more exciting against the backdrop of the landmark climate legislation that congress recently passed.

We are also announcing a very generous matching gift of $21,000 from an anonymous ESLT supporter to honor 21,000 acres of land protected in 21 years! This generous gift will match donations made during the Paddle Raise up to $21,000 – your donation will double while saving more land in the Eastern Sierra.
