The ESLT Garden Makes Community Connections
What can a garden space offer? It offers a place for birds, wildlife and pollinators to feed and live. It offers a place for gardeners to grow delicious food. It offers an attractive place for community members to host meetings and gather. It offers a place of learning for local youth to discover the joy of being in a garden. It offers the opportunity to reinforce community bonds between local lands and food production . . .
ESLT is also excited to announce our Garden Share project:
Matching gardeners with landowners in the Eastern Sierra
Do you want to garden but don’t have a place to garden? Do you have a piece of land that you’d like to see have a productive garden?
Join the Garden Share project! We are matching landowners (with garden space) to gardeners (who need a space) in Inyo and Mono Counties.

My summer harvest of vegetables from my plot in the ESLT garden. Not having a place to garden at home, I enjoy gardening at my plot at work.
Stop by our table at the Banff Film Festival to enter our free drawing to win a basket of garden starts and seeds!
