DESCRIPTION:Come one\, come all to our annual GardenFest Celebration! \nHeld in our office backyard in Bishop\, this free\, family-friendly event celebrates the arrival of spring with plants and delicious food for purchase\, a free beer tasting\, live music\, children&#146;s games\, and more. \nBlooming trees are filled with birds singing their melodies as butterflies\, bees and hummingbirds bounce from flower to flower inspiring new life. Feel free to  with any questions.  \nJoin Eastern Sierra Land Trust and John Muir Laws for a field trip exploring the beauty and diversity of plant and animal life in the San Francisco Bay Area. \nJohn is a highly-acclaimed naturalist\, artist\, and educator who has dedicated his work to connecting people to nature through art and science. He has written and illustrated several books\, including The Laws Guide to the Sierra Nevada. As we wander together through Coyote Hills\, he will reflect on his experiences and work in the Bay Area and the Eastern Sierra\, highlighting the urgency of conserving these very special places. \nPlease bring lunch and water. Over lunch\, ESLT will share stories about our recent conservation successes working with landowners to preserve the Eastern Sierra&#146;s lands and waters for the future. \n$10 for ESLT members / $20 for nonmembers\nKids under 12 are free\nNote: there is an additional $5 parking fee at Coyote Hills
